20 MIN SPLIT HIIT | How to train full splits

This 20-minute splits HIIT stretch will help you get your full splits. Do this 3x/wk & you will gain the flexibility, mobility, & strength required to do the full splits (right, left, & center). I do each movement to its fullest capacity, but feel free to place your hands on elevated surfaces to progress the stretches with more confidence.
